Product Description

Polyurethane double pipe clamp (half coupling) for fastening two parallel pipes. The double pipe clamp is used to securely fix hydraulic pipes, electrical cables, hoses and high pressure hoses (HPH) in special-purpose equipment and machinery. Elastic mounting blocks ensure long-term safe operation of the pipeline. Polyurethane pipe holders prevent the system from loosening due to vibration. They prevent spontaneous unscrewing of pipeline elements, which means they reduce the likelihood of unplanned equipment shutdown due to malfunctions. Polyurethane pipe clamps are superior to clamps made of other materials in a number of properties: they are resistant to corrosive environments, sea water, are distinguished by excellent shock-absorbing properties, are not susceptible to the formation of corrosion and the development of microorganisms. They do not age under the influence of ozone and UV radiation.
