You can add items directly from catalogue pages, the search result pages or from any item’s product detail page.
After you found an item(s) that interests you (if you need help with finding, see our Search Help page) click the ADD TO CART (pic. 1) button. If there is no such button, it means that price was not set or item is not available.
If you wish to add more than one item to your order, you can enter required amount before adding item to the cart in box near ADD TO CART button.
If you would like to see your cart from any page, click the VIEW CART (pic. 2) icon found in the top right connor of every page on our website. Once on the Shopping Cart (pic. 3) page, you can choose to change the quantity or delete an item or to return to the catalog.
Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Your order will be reserved only after you Place an order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.
You can either Log In (pic. 4) and use previously imposed Customer Information or Register (pic. 5).
Registration involves completion of Contact Information and submission that you "would like to register permanent account in Polyurethan on-line store and will not have to re-enter info during future purchases" (pic. 6).
Once the forms are completed check the Customer Information for correctness and completeness because mistakes in Contact information will impede us to contact you and confirm your order.
After you Logged In or Registered please choose available type of delivery. In case you have any difficulties choosing delivery type or just have no preferences, contact us and we will advice you the most appropriate type of delivery and payment.
Please also use the comments box for any additional information.
After Checkout you will get 2 emails. First one will be created automaticaly and will contain your order detailed information. Please wait untill you get second letter with order confirmation after we check your Type of Delivery, Contact details and make sure that all requested items are available and are reserved for you. We do our best to process orders in the shortest time but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours because of the time difference or any unforeseen circumstances.
You can check your Order Status and your Orders History if logged in.
